Two ways to pay for the AI.
Both plans are the same platform at the same price. The only thing that changes is who pays for the inference.
Fully managed
We run the reasoning on Triarch's Anthropic account. AI processing is billed to you at the published rate below, on top of the platform fee.
Nothing to configure. You never hold a provider account.
Bring your own Anthropic key
You supply your own Anthropic API key. The reasoning YourKith runs on your data is billed by Anthropic, to your account, and we do not bill you for AI processing at all.
Bring your own key means an Anthropic key. Other providers are not part of this plan.

An item is a conversation thread, a calendar event, or a Slack thread. That is the same unit the estimate quotes in, so the unit you were quoted on is the unit you are billed on.
On bring your own key there is no AI processing line, because Anthropic bills you for it directly. Enrichment is billed on both plans, because it is a data-broker lookup rather than an AI call. Privacy names the broker.
What bring your own key does, and does not, cover
Your Anthropic key covers the reasoning YourKith runs on your data, the extraction, analysis, briefs and chat, under your own Anthropic account and your own Anthropic bill. Reasoning calls require an attested no-training / zero-data-retention configuration, enforced in code at a single chokepoint that refuses our own managed key just as readily.
It does not mean no call anywhere in the platform touches a Triarch-held key, and we would rather say so than let you assume it. The embedding step behind semantic search does not yet run through that chokepoint, and where you have not supplied an embedding key it falls back to a Triarch-held provider key. That gap is stated in full on Security and Privacy, and closing it is active work.
The fine print
Billing is monthly in advance. Payment is due on receipt, Net 7.
Adding Authorized Users raises the monthly fee on the next billing cycle. Reductions take effect at renewal.
Commitment discounts require maintaining the chosen term. Month to month carries no discount, 6 month is 10% off, and 12 month is 20% off.
The included development allowance is 2 hours per month and does not accumulate. Additional development is $150 per hour or scoped by SOW.
Taxes are not included and are billed in addition to the fees shown.
Each customer runs on a dedicated, isolated environment with its own database. There is no co-mingled multi-tenant database.
